I can bet every dollar that I have that you do not want to have herpes. If you have already gotten rid of it I can bet even more that you would not like to get it again. 1.Stay Clean

You need to make sure that you are waking up in the morning and taking showers. If you are one to not take many showers you are going to need to change that right now. If there is any chance that you somehow came in contact with herpes the night before you should immediately go into the shower and take a hot shower. The sooner you do this the better chance you will have at getting rid of the herpes virus.

2.Do not Share Cups, forks, spoons or anything with anybody.

Pretty much goes for anything at all that comes in contact with the mouth or genitals. If you are sharing stuff with people you are not sure have herpes. You had better stop doing that as soon as possible. You do not want to catch herpes this way because not only is it embarrassing but its just plain silly to get it this way. So next time bring your own cup!

3.Protection

Although this is not one hundred percent going to prevent you from catching herpes its probably the best you are going to be able to do. Especially if you are having intercourse with people that you do not know very well. Always wear protection because you never know what might be going on with that person.You have to protect yourself from herpes and this might be your best bet.
